A.C35.AG (MOG 20%) Concession contains Guendalina field

The Field

  • The offshore Guendalina gas field development is starting.
  • Production Concession granted on 14th December 2009
  • Engineering and facility construction straddling 2010 and 2011
  • Development drilling H1 2011
  • First Gas: September 2011
  • Discovered by Guendalina-1 drilled by ENI
  • The field was further appraised by a sidetrack, Guendalina-1DirA which was drilled about 350m up-dip to the north-east.
  • The reservoir depth is over 3,000m in 42m of water approximately 25km from shore.

Reserves

The Operator reported that the Field (100% basis) holds:

- Levels A and B:

  • 1P proven Reserves 19 Bcf (net MOG: 3,8 Bcf)
  • 2P proven & probable Reserves 22 Bcf (net MOG: 4.5 Bcf)

- Level C (DHI on seismic, but not drilled yet):

  • prospective resources: 5 Bcf (net MOG: 1.0 Bcf)

 Field Development Plan:

  • Two development wells and 1 production platform
  • sea line tie back to ENI Tea platform and ENI offshore production facilities
