OPERATIONS OVERVIEW

MOG aims to increase production and its total reserves significantly by converting contingent resources to Proved and Probable reserves. We shall be achieving this through a structured works programme which amongst other things will:

• Ombrina Mare - fast track full field development
• Evaluate the potential of Ombrina South and South East oil & gas prospects and progress for drilling
• Drill a further 5 onshore wells and 4 workovers and reperforations over an 18 month period
• As operator drill the Monte Grosso 2 well in joint venture with ENI and Total
• Develop with ENI (operator) the Guendalina Gas Field
• Explore, drill and farm out agreement on Malta offshore Area 4 Block 4, 5, 6 & 7
• Explore the Tunisian Medjerda Block.
