GROUP STRUCTURE

The Company’s oil and gas assets are in three subsidiaries.

The Italian assets are held in Medoilgas Italia Spa an Italian corporation and Medoilgas Civita Ltd an English Corporation, both are wholly owned by Mediterranean Oil & Gas Plc.

Malta Oil Pty Limited is also wholly owned by Mediterranean Oil & Gas Plc and holds the Maltese, Tunisian and French licence interests.
