GROUP STRUCTURE

The Company’s oil and gas assets are held in four subsidiaries.

The Italian assets are held in Medoilgas Italia Spa an Italian corporation and Medoilgas Civita Ltd an English Corporation, both are wholly owned by Mediterranean Oil & Gas Plc.

Malta Oil Pty Limited and Phoenicia Energy Ltd are also wholly owned by Mediterranean Oil & Gas Plc and hold, respectively, the Tunisian and French licence interests and the Maltese assets.
