Mediterranean Oil & Gas Plc is an AIM listed Oil & Gas Company which:

• Owns and operates the Ombrina Mare Oil & Gas Field
• Owns production, development and advanced exploration oil and gas assets
• Has positive and ongoing cashflow derived from production and operating rights
• Has a long history of operating in Italy and employs experienced staff of long-standing, well-versed and connected with the italian regulatory process.
• All of its oil and gass assets are in the central Mediterranean region with the majority in the EU (Italy, Malta, France).

The Company’s short term objectives are:

To become a medium size oil producer from the development and exploitation of the Company's Ombrina Mare oil & gas discovery;

To increase substantially the Company's gas reserves and production through the development and extension of its Italian Onshore and Adriatic gas assets;

Farm out and drill very substantial and mature prospects identified (3D seismic) in Offshore Malta (Block 7 Area 4 - adjoining Libyan border); and also to mature offshore Malta Blocks 4, 5 & 6.

As the operator of the Serra San Bernardo permit lead the way with other equity holders ENI and TOTAL, to drill the highly regarded Monto Grosso prospect in the Southern Apennines.

Continue to develop and leverage the Company’s operational and technical expertise by expanding the Company's asset portfolio in the Mediterranean region.
